Course Description

In general, people stop implementing their New Year's resolution by the middle of January each year. In fact, due to years of consistent failure, many have stopped taking New Year's Resolutions seriously. Yet beyond keeping tradition, something deep inside of us years to make resolutions, because a strong human drive is for growth and development. Even people who play computer games do not want to play the same level again, but look forward to leveling up, because what truly fulfils is when we progress, especially where it matters in our life.


Distilled from the hundreds of executives, business owners, managers, and professional athletes that I have coached and trained for over 20 years, in this talk, we will:
